Unable to edit SharePoint 2010 PPS dashboard report parameter values

The issue is we couldn't edit the PPS report parameters values in PPS designer, It was working fine in that past though. And, we could able to select/edit desired parameter values when we browse the SSRS report 

I got one clue from my peer,  When we open the PPS report  in XML editor and see where parameters parameters values are empty.

Solution: 

 I have saved PPS report to local machine from PPS dashboard designer as a workspace. And,  added/set parameter values manually in XML file. Then, saved the workspace and saved PPS report.

That did the trick.  PPS dashboard reports are started working.
